When you book an outdoor experience with Cooper Outdoor Adventures, you’re choosing to enjoy nature in a safe, responsible, and guided way. Whether you join us for Archery, Hiking, Camping, Kayaking, or a 1 to 4 hour guided Fishing trip, you agree to follow all safety rules, wear required equipment when instructed, and respect your guide’s directions at all times. Alcohol, illegal substances, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
Outdoor activities naturally involve risks such as changing weather, varying water depth, wildlife interaction, and physical effort. By joining, you accept these natural risks and take responsibility for your own safety and comfort. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of each participant, and Cooper Outdoor Adventures will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft during activities on trails, boats, campsites, or archery ranges.
All booking, cancellation, and rescheduling requests must follow company policy and may depend on weather or safety conditions. If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, your request may be considered according to policy. However, if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the activity, no cancellation or refund will be allowed under any circumstances.
